98 Concorde Trouble codes P0700, P0731

I have a 98 Concorde with about 58k, I was pulling out of store and I suddenly lost power, the vehicle speedometer went out the check engine light went onand the car would only shift into 2nd gear. The fluid level is full and the car will only go into second but no speedometer. The scanner came up with these codes: P0731 A/T 1st Gear ratio problem P0700 Trans fault MIL requested problem. I would apprecite any help, Any help would be appreciated. Coach3422 John
