1997 Ford Taurus DTC P0133, P0420, and P0430 - Upstream O2 Sensor Fix Success

I recently encountered DTC codes P0133, P0420, and P0430 on my 1997 Ford Taurus. The vehicle had a relatively new catalytic converter installed, but the P0430 code persisted. After replacing the upstream oxygen sensor (O2 sensor) located before the catalytic converter, the P0430 code cleared. This aligns with information from other forums suggesting that the upstream O2 sensor is typically the root cause of a P0430 fault. The fix worked effectively for my vehicle and resolved all related issues.
