97 Camaro V6 Error codes P0123 P0118 P1406
I own a 97 Camaro V6 3800 series 2 automatic transmission. My car sat for a year then i got it running changed all fluids, and had my SES light on. I read the codes and got in order P0123, P0118, P1406, P0123, P1406. I changed my TPS sensor, ECT sensor, MAP sensor. Codes still read on scanner. I changed the plugs on the sensors and wired them back pluged them in. i did change the EGR with a used one from junk yard. when i read the codes again only P1406 showed up. So i changed the EGR with the old one and all the codes appeared again. Is it just a ground issue or am i missing something please any imput is great. Also it will start and run with a idle at 1000 to 1500 and when driving it shifts at high rpms. When i turn off and try to start again just cranks no start but i can smell gas strong. If i unplug intake air temperature sensor it starts up again. Thank you for any answers. I have cleaned throttle body replaced hoses cleaned idle control valve. One time P0122 and P0121 came up with no other codes.
clear codes start run and see what codes return.need to do some circuit checks.codes do not mean to change sensor or component.chance of multiple sensors going bad all at once is slim to none.do you have a dc meter and tpins?
