Double-check the distributor installation—could be slightly off. The base timing may need to be set using a scan tool or by disconnecting a sensor. Ensure the distributor was of known good quality. Additionally, consider potential issues with the flywheel or crankshaft balancer, as these can affect how the crankshaft position sensor receives reference signals. Good luck and please update us on your progress.

After rechecking static timing, I retarded the distributor by approximately 4 to 5 degrees, and the DTC P1345 has cleared. A test drive confirmed normal operation. Thanks for the helpful advice!
