My 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 with an 8.0L V10 engine is showing OBD2 diagnostic codes P0144 and P0147, which repeat in that sequence. These codes are related to oxygen (O2) sensor readings. Does this mean I should also replace the catalytic converter? Are these oxygen sensors common issues on this model year and what is a typical replacement cost for O2 sensors on a 96 Dodge Ram 2500 V10?
