1996 Chrysler Town & Country P0171 Fuel Efficiency Issue - High Fuel Consumption

Hi everyone, I'm Frank from Puerto Rico. I own a 1996 Chrysler Town & Country with a recurring OBD2 fault code P0171. After clearing the code, it returns quickly and the vehicle is burning excessive fuel. I've already replaced the upper stream oxygen sensor, but the problem persists. Any advice or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

Could you please specify the engine type, current mileage, and the condition of the spark plugs and ignition wires? This information will help diagnose whether the issue is related to fuel mixture or ignition system performance.
