P0306, Code 1150 and 1151 on 1994 Ford Windstar 3.8L - O2 Sensor and Spark Plug Replacement Not Resolving Issue

I recently replaced the oxygen sensor in bank 2 and the spark plug for cylinder 6 on my 1994 Ford Windstar with a 3.8-liter engine. The ignition system shows strong spark during idle. However, I am still experiencing white smoke from the exhaust pipe when idling, and the fault codes P0306, 1150, and 1151 persist despite these repairs. I'm unable to clear any of the diagnostic trouble codes using standard OBD-II procedures.
