94 Mercury Cougar with P0102, P0153, P0402, P1132, P1152, P0302, P0306, P-171, and P0175 - Diagnosis and Fixes

I'm experiencing multiple OBD-II diagnostic codes on my 1994 Mercury Cougar: P0102 (Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Range/Performance), P0153 (Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 Malfunction), P0402 (Exhaust Gas Recirculation System Flow Too Low), P1132 (EGR Valve Performance Issue), P1152 (Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 Heater Circuit Malfunction), P0302 and P0306 (Cylinder 2 and Cylinder 6 Misfires), P0171 (System Too Lean) and P0175 (System Too Rich). I've already checked for vacuum leaks, replaced all vacuum hoses and lines, and cleaned the throttle body. Despite these efforts, the codes persist. I'm seeking advice on how to properly diagnose and resolve these issues in a 1994 Mercury Cougar with this combination of fault codes.
