2021 Nissan Rogue SV 2.5 Japan Build - Troubleshooting P0012, P159F, P1097, P0198, P1610 Fault Codes and Poor MPG

I own a 2021 Nissan Rogue SV 2.5L, Japan-built model, and I'm consistently seeing several OBD2 fault codes: P0012, P159F, P1097, P0196 (corrected from original P0198), and P1610. The vehicle exhibits a noticeable lack of power, with fuel efficiency dropping significantly—from around 30 MPG to only 10–12 MPG. I've already checked the battery and alternator, both of which are in good condition with no signs of corrosion. No visible electrical or mechanical issues have been found so far. Given that these codes persist despite basic diagnostics, I'm seeking advice on potential root causes—especially related to engine management systems, timing components, or sensor malfunctions.
