2013 Chevrolet Malibu Eco P0016, P0089, P228D, P0014 - Engine Power Reduction and Diagnostic Codes

Yesterday while leaving work, my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu Eco suddenly displayed the 'Reduced Engine Power' warning light upon startup. I initially ignored it and drove about five blocks before the vehicle unexpectedly stalled. It was towed home, where a loaner OBD2 scanner was used to retrieve diagnostic codes: P0016, P0089, P228D, and later P0014. The codes P0016, P0089, and P228D repeated during the scan. I'm seeking advice on which system or component to prioritize for diagnosis and repair.
