2013 GMC Yukon P0641 Fault Code: Intermittent Power Loss and Stabilitrak Off Symptoms
Hi everyone, I'm seeking advice before taking my 2013 GMC Yukon to a service shop. I've been experiencing an intermittent issue where the engine power drops significantly, the traction control system displays 'Service Traction Control' and Stabilitrak turns off, along with the check engine light coming on. In several instances, I've had to limp drive it home due to reduced performance. I recently used my neighbor's OBD-II scanner and detected fault codes P0641, $7E8, $7EA, and $7EB. These codes appear to be related to the vehicle's traction control system. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated—especially since I'm concerned about being overcharged at a repair shop. I'd like to understand what this means technically before proceeding with repairs. Thanks in advance!
