2013 Dodge Ram 3500 Electrical Problems: P006E and P2509 Codes Explained
Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum and bringing a persistent electrical issue with my 2013 Dodge Ram 350-00. I'm hoping for some expert advice on how to diagnose and resolve these problems. I recently encountered two diagnostic trouble codes: P006E and P2509. The vehicle details are: - 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 - Stock EFI tuning - Edge Monitor installed - 5-inch turbo exhaust system - Southbend clutch kit I have limited knowledge of the electrical systems, so I'm asking for guidance on whether these codes are related or separate issues. After installing the clutch, my backup camera stopped working. Since then, I've experienced several electrical malfunctions: - The center console touchscreen powers on but has no audio control - Bluetooth phone pairing fails - The dash display occasionally doesn't turn on - Today, the truck would not start at all I've checked battery connections and found them secure. The batteries are one year old, with a voltage reading of 13.5V and specific gravity of 12.60 — both within normal ranges. The alternator maintains a stable output of 14.3–14.4V while running. I've also inspected all fuses for excessive current draw, but no issues were found. Could P006E (Turbo/Supercharger Boost Control A Voltage Low) and P2509 (Power Input Signal Intermittent) be related? What should I check next? Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
