Code p0411 2013 Chevy equinox
I have had the secondary air pump replaced and the check valve. Why is this code still coming on?

I don't think that tsb is for this vehicle. Wasn't listed in alldata. I may be mistaken. My alldata is up to date. I hate my alldata. Can't find air diagram. Know pretty much how it works. Sometimes this code can be triggered by water moisture in system but you had both components replaced. Few questions.... Why were both replaced? Usually one or the other bad not both together. Was testing done? There are three phases of tests the pcm does. There are manufacturers specific codes that relate to the air system and if you have a generic obd2 scan tool that isn't able to read then you have know idea of problems the pcm is seeing. Like kev2 stated circuit checks would have to be done with test light dvom bidirectional scan tool or jumpers. After the two components were replaced did mil ever go out? I would take back to the place and complain. It's a pretty simple system to work on if have knowledge and testing equipment. Do you have a test light and dvom? Do some circuit checks?
2.4?
Look here for TSBs and diagrams (free): http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb/
that TSB is for 2.4 LEA engine.... I really think it will be a wiring issue BUT TSB came up looking
no other codes, you checked circuits and are good, PCM can command valves to open/close. Get a copy of TSB # 18-NA-061
