2012 Nissan Versa U0101, P0500, U0100 and U0073 - Check Engine Light On After Radiator Pan Assembly Replacement
I recently had a new radiator pan assembly installed on Thursday. Today, my check engine light came on with the following diagnostic codes: U0101, P0500, U0100, and U0073. I'm wondering if this is a serious issue or simply due to loose wiring during the repair. Could these codes be related to the installation? Any guidance on how to diagnose and resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
If no error codes were present prior to the work, it's logical that the technician should review the repair process. I'm unsure what a 'radiator pan assembly' is—could this be a typo for 'fan assembly'? For reference: P0500 indicates a vehicle speed sensor (VSS) fault, affecting the speedometer; U codes typically signify communication errors between vehicle modules or computers.
