Hi there — I'm experiencing the same issue with my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. I've replaced both O2 sensors, MAF sensor, PCV valve, and spark plugs. The car runs fine most of the time, but the check engine light remains on. Anyone have a solution for this P2191 lean under load fault? I'm particularly concerned about fuel pressure instability during idle and acceleration.
