2012 Honda Civic P0966 Error: Transmission Pressure Solenoid Circuit Fault and AC Not Working

I'm experiencing a DTC P0966 error on my 2012 Honda Civic with the message 'Transmission Pressure Solenoid Circuit B - Open or Short'. Additionally, the air conditioning system is not functioning. I have tested the resistance of the transmission pressure solenoid circuit B and measured 5.5 ohms, which falls within the expected range. I also verified continuity between the ECM connector and the solenoid connector, and the connection appears to be intact. Despite these checks, the fault persists. Can anyone provide guidance on what might be causing this issue or suggest further diagnostic steps?
