2012 Nissan Altima P0744 Code: Won't Shift Out of First Gear

I have a 2012 Nissan Altima with a 2.5L automatic transmission that is stuck in first gear and won't shift out of it. The OBD2 code displayed is P0744. I've checked the transmission fluid, and it appears to be at proper level and in good condition. No other symptoms have been noticed. Any advice or troubleshooting steps for this issue? Thanks.

I replaced the torque converter clutch solenoid, and after that, my car could shift through all gears except reverse. This might suggest a related issue with the reverse gear mechanism or another solenoid.
