I have already replaced the MAF sensor twice, as well as the intake hose and air filter. Despite these efforts, the check engine light remains illuminated. I believe on Nissans the light won't go off by itself like other manufacturers. You'll have to remove the codes from dealer, a scanner, vehicle specific sequence, or battery - connection removal for a given amount of time. If you've already done this you might try looking at the throttle body. The back side can get extremely dirty and will throw that code from what I hear. You might try a search with p0101, nissan, and throttle body. Also if you clean your throttle body watch some youtube videos on how to properly do it on an electric throttle body.
