2011 Ford E350 Transmission Slip with P0731 and P0732 Codes - Diagnosis and Solutions

I own a 2011 Ford E350. When driving, I notice the engine RPM increases significantly while gear shifts are delayed, and the vehicle sets diagnostic codes P0731 and P0732. Both the turbine shaft speed sensor and output shaft speed sensor have been tested and are functioning normally. Despite replacing three transmissions with no underlying transmission circuit issues found, the problem persists. Several technicians have suggested replacing the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
