Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a serious issue with my 2009 Ford Mondeo Mk4 2.0 Tdci. The engine suddenly dies while driving, often without any warning. After letting the car rest for a short period, it can be restarted successfully. During normal operation, the idle is stable and no unusual noises are heard. However, I occasionally feel as though the engine momentarily loses power or shuts down briefly—this is extremely dangerous and concerning. The OBD2 diagnostic system has recorded fault code P0336.
