2009 Ford F150 SRS Light, Traction Control Light, and WRENCH Light On - Code P1000 Issue

I own a 2009 Ford F15-0 and recently noticed that the SRS light, traction control light, and wrench light are all illuminated. The vehicle was running normally until I turned it off and restarted it—after which these warning lights appeared. I drove approximately 1,500 miles without any issues, but when I connected a diagnostic code reader, it only displays P1000. I'm unable to retrieve further fault codes. Can anyone provide insight into what this might mean or how to resolve the issue? The vehicle is a 2009 Ford F150 with SRS and traction control systems active.
