2008 Honda Accord 2.4L P0341 Code with VSA and Check Engine Light After Engine Replacement

I recently replaced the engine in my 2008 Honda Accord 2.4L. Prior to the replacement, the vehicle was already showing a P0341 diagnostic code along with the VSA (Vehicle Stability Assist) and Check Engine Light (CEL). After completing the engine swap, both the P0341 code and the VSA/CEL issues have persisted. The car now feels sluggish during acceleration. I'm seeking advice on how to diagnose and resolve this issue, especially since the P0341 code is related to the crankshaft position sensor or camshaft position sensor circuit.
