2008 Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi Estate - Persistent P2455 DPF System Error After Replacing Sensors and Pipes

I am experiencing a persistent error code P2455 on my 2008 Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi Estate. I have already replaced the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), the pressure sensor, temperature sensor, and all associated pipes. The wiring has also been thoroughly inspected and confirmed as intact. Despite these repairs, the P2455 code continues to appear in the dashboard. I am seeking advice on possible causes or next steps to resolve this issue.
