intake valve timing Control performance There is a gap between angle of target and phase-control angle degree.

How to fix that gap ? Checking the VTC ? both ?

anything to do with vct- engine oil, ivt solenoid, timing chain, CMP, CKP, check eng oil, oil pressure*, IVT solenoid connection, try 1 can of 'risolone' a oil detergent migh free up a sticking solenoid. IVT solenoid check between terminals 1 and 2 - 7.0 - 7.7Ω [at 20°C (68°F)] 1 or 2 and ground ∞Ω (Continuity should not exist.) * the dash oil pressure gauge is useless use a mechanical gauge.
