Hello. I own a 2007 Ford Five Hundred with a 3.0L engine. I recently received the P0405 diagnostic trouble code, which indicates an EGR valve issue. I replaced the EGR valve as recommended, but after driving the vehicle, the same P0406 code returned. What could be causing this? Are there common reasons for the code to reappear post-replacement?
