2007 F-150 5.4L P0720 & P0722 transmission codes

2007 F150 FX4 4 x 4 5.4L engine Got these output shaft sensor codes for my Ford forward is perfectly fine my issue is reverse. I checked the wiring no visible breaks voltage is to the OSS Pulled the OSS checked ohms sensor is fine Checked TFS resistance it shows fine I am getting no other codes but I put it into reverse and it barely moves at all what other things can I look at or can I assume it's time for a rebuilt reverse gear job?
