2007 Corvette P0700 and U0073 Code After Transmission Oil Change and Flush
I own a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette and have recently started receiving both P0700 and U0073 diagnostic trouble codes. These codes began appearing after I had the transmission fluid changed and flushed at a service center. The P0700 code indicates a malfunction in the Transmission Control Module (TCM), while U0073 points to a communication issue between the TCM and the vehicle's powertrain control system. Since this issue arose post-service, I'm wondering if there's a DIY fix or troubleshooting step I can take before taking my car to a professional shop.
