2006 Toyota Corolla P2716 Diagnostic Issue: How to Clear DTC Without Reappearing

I am experiencing a recurring issue with my 2006 Toyota Corolla. I have attempted multiple times to clear the P2716 diagnostic trouble code (DTC), but it reappears immediately after. When I disconnect the solenoid D from the transmission control module, the same P2716 code still shows up. My question is: Is there an alternative method to permanently clear this DTC without removing the solenoid D? The vehicle otherwise operates normally with the solenoid D connected.
