I'm experiencing OBD2 diagnostic code P0481 on my 2006 Jeep TJ with a 2.4L engine. The fault indicates an issue with the Cooling Fan Relay 2. I've already replaced both high and low fan relays, but the code persists. Notably, my radiator fan activates immediately when I turn the key in the ignition—before the engine starts. Is this normal behavior or could it be contributing to the P0481 error? Any insights on potential causes or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

I've reviewed the information on that OBD code page. My fan does not stop; it turns on as soon as I turn the key, even before engine startup. This behavior is consistent with normal operation, but I'm still seeing P048或1—suggesting a possible issue in the relay circuit or wiring, despite replacements.
