2006 Ford F150 P0302 Misfire Diagnosis and Repair Guide

My 2006 Ford F150 has started running rough, and after checking the diagnostic codes, I found both P0302 (cylinder 2 misfire) and P0506 (exhaust pressure too high). I believe P0506 may be a secondary issue related to the misfire. The spark plug from cylinder #2 shows signs of gas fouling, which supports the misfire theory. I recently swapped the coil pack from cylinder 2 to cylinder 1 and plan to monitor if the misfire code moves to cylinder 1 tomorrow. Any insights or recommendations on troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated.
