Start by verifying that the engine coolant level is adequate and that the cooling fans are functioning correctly. The intermittent P0119 code may indicate a faulty ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) sensor or loose wiring. If you have an OBD2 scanner, compare the ECT sensor reading with the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor—these should differ by only a few degrees.
