2005 Nissan Sentra P2135 Fault - After TPS Replacement, Now Showing P0223 and P0123 Codes with Unstable Idle
Hi everyone, I recently encountered a diagnostic issue on my 2005 Nissan Sentra. The vehicle initially displayed code P2135, which led the auto shop to recommend replacing the throttle position sensor (TPS) unit. I performed the replacement myself and completed the relearn procedure as instructed. However, after the repair, the Service Engine Light remains on. New error codes have appeared: P0223 (TPS B circuit fault) and P0120 (TPS A circuit fault). The car runs fine under normal conditions, but during startup, the idle RPM is unstable—starting at around 2000 RPM and gradually dropping to about 700 RPM. I'm looking for any insights or troubleshooting steps to resolve these codes and stabilize the idle. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Will
