I recently encountered multiple OBD2 fault codes on my 2005 Lincoln Town Car: P0102, P0174, P0351, P0352, P0353, P0354, P2106, P2195, P0183, and P0194. After extensive diagnostic testing, I found that the issue wasn't with individual sensors or wiring but rather with the vehicle's engine control module (ECM). In my case, three of the coil driver circuits within the ECM had burned out. I replaced the ECM unit and had it flashed and reprogrammed using factory software. After this repair, all codes cleared and the vehicle has run smoothly for approximately six months without recurrence. This experience suggests that in some cases, especially with older vehicles like the 2005 Lincoln Town Car, a failing ECM can generate multiple related fault codes. I recommend checking the vehicle's onboard computer system as a next step—especially if other diagnostics have ruled out sensor or fuel system issues. A professional scan tool and full ECM diagnostic may be necessary to confirm whether the control module is the root cause.
