2005 Ford F150 with OBD2 Codes P0171, P0174, and P0353 - Poor Acceleration and Lean Mixtures

I would start with a fuel pressure test—please post the PSI reading. For Ford vehicles with lean-related codes like P0171 and P0174, vacuum leaks are often the first suspect. Try the old spray-and-check method to identify any intake leaks. Knowing which engine configuration (e.g., 4.6L or 5.4L) would help narrow down the issue. Consider swapping the #3 spark plug coil with another cylinder's coil and see if the code changes. For reference: https://www.obd-codes.com/p0171, https://www.obd-codes.com/p0174, https://www.obd-codes.com/p0353 PS: Replace the K&N filter and clean the MAF sensor using a dedicated MAF cleaning spray.
The vehicle runs sluggishly and intermittently, with very poor acceleration from a stop. It feels like it's operating on only 1/4 power, and there is minimal exhaust flow from the tailpipe. I've already replaced the front two O2 sensors, but the symptoms remain unchanged. No sensors reach full range output; MAF and TPS readings are also inconsistent.
