2005 Ford Explorer P0190 fuel rail low pressure sensor

My truck keeps stalling and it says fuel rail low pressure sensor, I've already replaced the sensor,fuel filter and relays and the fuel pump pressure is reading fine...my truck still stalls and that same code keeps appearing and u don't know what else to do...please help.
