2005 Dodge Ram Hemi Fault Codes 0700, 846, 871, 876, 888, 988 - Should I Replace Sensor Pack or ISS OSS Sensors?
I'm experiencing fault codes 0700, 846, 871, 876, 888, and 988 on my 2005 Dodge Ram Hemi. What should I do — replace the sensor pack or specifically the ISS OSS sensors? The vehicle shows intermittent issues with transmission behavior, including failure to auto-start and second gear slipping in drive, though it operates normally in first or second gear. I recently had a recall service completed and my rear end was replaced.
My 2005 Dodge Ram Hemi has a 45RFE transmission with issues including no auto-start, second gear slipping in drive, and normal operation in first or second. I had recall work done and my rear end was replaced recently.
