2005 Dodge Neon P0016

My 2005 dodge neon has p0016 code. The car chug-alugs when it tries to shift. It will chug-alug when you try to give it gas. Once it gets up to speed it runs fine and goes down the road fine.

The engine is 2.0 and i have not inspected the belt or the timing. The timing belt is under a motor mount, mounting bracket on the front of the engine.

I,change timing belt, everything is new but make sure the timing is perfectly sharp I,am the best, but I have still that code. so whats left is sensors and wires ?
