2005 Dodge Caravan P0405 EGR Fault Code: No 12V to EGR Sensor Connector

My 2005 Dodge Caravan consistently sets fault code P0405 related to the EGR system. I've measured a 5V reference signal at pin 2, ground at pin 1, and a return wire (pin 3), but there is no 12V power supply reaching the connector. I'm unsure whether the 12V originates from the ignition switch or is supplied by the ECM. Unfortunately, I cannot locate any official wiring diagrams online for this model. Any insights or guidance on the correct power source would be greatly appreciated.
