I'm looking for help with a recurring P0455 error code on my 2006 Chevrolet Aveo. The code appears frequently, especially after starting the car. I've tried replacing the gas cap with a non-factory one, and it has improved the situation somewhat—though the code still comes back occasionally. I also replaced an EVAP system component (a plastic part with an electrical connector) located on the passenger side behind the rear wheel. After these changes, the P0455 code appears less often—from nearly every startup to only every few days. I'm not a mechanic and have not detected any visible vacuum leaks.
