I've tested the ohm resistance of the wire and it reads good. When using a test light on the positive terminal, I get a constant illumination, which suggests a ground fault in the PCM circuit. Is there any further diagnostic step I can take to confirm this? Does this symptom strongly point to a faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)? If so, do you have any recommendations for reputable shops or technicians who specialize in repairing PCMs?

Unplug the PCM harness and perform a wiggle test on the wiring to confirm that the wire is not grounded.
