2004 Toyota Heritage 4.6L - Multiple OBD2 Error Codes (P0403, P0750, etc.) After Alternator and Fuse #23 Failure

Model: 2004 Heritage 4.6 Fault Code: P2177 Posted: 2015-12-31 16:07

Within three days of owning my 2004 Toyota Heritage with a 4.6L engine, both the alternator and fuse #23 blew. Following replacement of these components and the fuel filter (due to stalling during acceleration), I took the vehicle for a diagnostic check at O'Reilly's because the stalling while accelerating has worsened, gear shifting is now inconsistent, and the Overdrive (O/D) light is flashing on the shifter. The scan revealed 10 distinct OBD2 error codes: - P0403 - P0446 - P0750 - P0743 - P0135 - P0141 - P0155 - P0161 - P2195 - P1747 Initially, there were 13 codes; after clearing the system, a second scan detected P0403 (which was not present on the first scan). I have researched each code in detail—its definition, potential causes, and component locations. My main question is: with so many error codes appearing simultaneously, is it most likely a failure of the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), or should I systematically check all wiring connections, sensor harnesses, and solenoid components? I have tested the EGR valve and confirmed it functions properly. The alternator is currently outputting 14.6 volts, which indicates adequate charging. All advice is greatly appreciated! I've cleared the codes as recommended for troubleshooting. Thank you in advance for any insights or guidance on how to proceed with diagnosis.
