Model: 2004 Accord Fault Code: P0171 Posted: 2017-03-07 14:59

Please assist on how to solve this error codes. It came up after changing the rear O2 sensor, changing fuel pump and cleaning the air filter, plugs and flushing the injector nozzles at a mechanic workshop all in a bit to improve the fuel consumption

Rear O2 sensor is to monitor efficiency of catalytic converter. Won't improve fuel consumption. Have you replaced with OEM sensor? If not then O2 OEM only. Please have a look that: https://www.obd-codes.com/p0171 https://www.obd-codes.com/p2195 If so then air leak in intake or exhaust system.

FYI we also have a P2A00 article: https://www.obd-codes.com/p2a00

Thank you atop. Please confirm am to change the rear sensor cos my car only has two sensors. One immediately after the manifold and the second just before the muffler
