2003 Mazda Tribute 3.0L EGR System Fault Code P0403 - Diagnosis and Repair Guide
My 2003 Mazda Tribute with a 3.0L engine is displaying fault code P0403 (EGR System Malfunction). I have already replaced all three EGR components, including the EGR valve, solenoid, and hose, but the code persists. The EGR solenoid shows consistent 12 volts power and proper ground connection as verified with a multimeter. I've checked continuity between the solenoid and PCM, and everything appears correct.
