Have you checked the engine fuse in the fuse box? Is the O2 sensor located on bank 1 properly connected and functioning? Also, verify if there is 12V power at the sensor's blue/yellow wire. Make sure to use an original Kia OEM oxygen sensor when replacing.

Yes, I've checked both the fuses in the engine compartment and under-hood fuse box — all are fine. I also confirmed that there is 12V at the sensor connection point.
