2003 Kia Rio P0340 Fault: Car Won't Start After Replacing Sensors and Battery

I own a 2003 Kia Rio that has been throwing up a diagnostic trouble code P0340. The car suddenly died one day and will no longer start. I've already replaced the coil pack, camshaft position sensor, and crankshaft position sensor. I also replaced the battery, but the vehicle still does not turn over or attempt to start. Despite these repairs, the P0340 code persists. What other potential causes could be responsible for this issue? Any insights on possible next steps would be greatly appreciated.
