2003 Buick Century 3100 eng codes P0128;P0336;P0440

Have changed 24x CKP,spark plugs,checked coils,fuel pump(aftermarket)plug wires,fuel pressure reg.,fuel filter but car fails to start on 1st crank,mostly on second try but if I crank for #3 it won't fire off until I shoot some start fliud to the Throttle body...I see it as a fuel problem... I'm I right...need help &/or suggestions

fuel pressure check AND observe fuel pressure leak down KOEO after 3minutes

KOEO...not familiar with that...& if it does leak down...where do I start and how do I find problem... I know it's not easy but if you got suggestions, I appreciate it...by the way what produces the fuel to throttle body during startup...the injectors

KOEO - key on engine off. With KOEO the fuel pump is powered for @2minutes then as the engine is NOT running it is turned OFF - this will allow you to check pressure build up and leak down- Use a gauge - often loaner tool or rental at parts stores ANYWAY not an expensive tool BUT a critical tool for fuel injection engines. If it does leak down you would check -FPR fuel pressure regulator, then try to identify which injector- ideas after we determine issue. the injectors supply all fuel.
