Additionally, it has triggered code P1316 related to the injector driver module. Does this mean the injector module itself is faulty, or could it be an issue with the fuel injectors? Try swapping the #4 injector with another cylinder to see if the P1274 code follows. If the code moves to a different cylinder, it points to an injectors issue; if it stays on cylinder 4, the problem may be in the injector driver module or wiring.
