2003 Ford 6.0 Diesel No Start Issue with Codes 2614 and 2617

I'm experiencing a no-start problem on my 2003 Ford 6.0L diesel engine. The oil pressure is normal, the fuel pump is functioning properly, and I've already replaced the FICM module. When scanning the system, I consistently receive fault codes 2614 and 2617, along with injector-related codes. The full list of diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) includes P0671-P0678, P098, and P1000. All these codes are present during the scan, and I'm unable to get the engine to start despite having replaced key components.
