2002 Ford F250 Super Duty P0232 Code: Fuel Pump Circuit High - Diagnosis and Fixes
I'm currently working on a 2002 Ford F250 Super Duty equipped with a 5.4L V8 engine. The vehicle consistently sets a P0232 diagnostic trouble code, indicating a 'Fuel Pump Circuit High' fault. I've discovered that an aftermarket fuel pump relay has been installed separately from the fuse panel, which may be contributing to the issue. After cutting the fuel pump monitor circuit wire at the Powertrain Control Module (PCM), the P0232 code still persists. This leads me to suspect a faulty PCM as the root cause. Are there any other potential causes or troubleshooting steps I should consider before replacing the PCM?
