2002 Dodge Dakota P0442 and P0445 Fault - EVAP System Issues

When coasting in a parking lot at speeds below 15 MPH, my 2002 Dodge Dakota triggers diagnostic codes P0442 and P0445. The gas cap seal appears to be in good condition. Has anyone else experienced this behavior? I'm looking for confirmation or troubleshooting tips related to these EVAP system fault codes on the 2002 Dodge Dakota model.
